From chasing fleeting highs to conquering 100-mile ultramarathons, my journey has been a rollercoaster of challenges, triumphs, and self-discovery. Along the way, I’ve redefined what it means to find release—from self-destruction to self-mastery, from temporary escapes to lasting fulfillment.
I’ve set course records in the scorching Tankwa Desert and conquered the rugged terrain of the Drakensberg Mountains, solo and unsupported. But beyond the miles logged and races won, my story is about finding purpose through movement and embracing a holistic approach to life.

I am an ultra runner and coach with a bit of a back story. Once lost in the darkness of addiction, I discovered the transformative power of running. Now, I guide others to ignite their own inner flame, whether seeking peak athletic performance or simply chasing joy through movement.
I haven’t always been an ultra-endurance athlete, I started running in 2019 and it somehow lit my path to some wonderful places, my goal is to help you find yours too.
